POSTAGE & PACKING
Our postage and packing rates are: orders up to £35.00 will have
£2.00 added to them on the shopping cart. Orders of £35.01 or more will have
£4.00 added. These postage/shipping rates apply to England, Europe
and Worldwide.
DELIVERY
Delivery will usually take between 5 and 7 days. We try to keep
stocks of all items but if we are out of stock of an item this may
take longer to despatch if we have to wait for it to be finished in
the hand-painting process.
PAYMENT METHODS
We are happy to accept payment by: sterling cheque/postal order, credit/debit
card and Paypal.
ORDERING METHODS We are happy to accept your order online using our secure
server. If, however, you do not wish to use this method, we are
happy to accept orders by telephone, mail or email.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order
within 7 working days from the day you receive the goods. This
cancellation must be in writing. We will not refund either the
original postage/shipping paid or any postage charges for returning
the goods to us. This does not affect your
statutory rights.
